Terms of Sale

Here at Auto Showcase of Bel Air, we do our absolute best to ensure all vehicles are described accurately, but keep in mind that we are only human and these vehicles are pre-owned. Auto Showcase of Bel Air and its staff will not be held accountable for typos and errors in any listing of our vehicles. All vehicle descriptions, specs, options, history, maintenance or warranty information should be researched and confirmed by the buyer or a third party inspection company before taking delivery of said vehicle.

Our auction vehicles are sold in 'As-Is' condition, most of them qualifying for our 30-day/1,000-mile Showcase Certified Warranty Program for residents of Maryland. Some of our vehicles may still be under factory warranty or an extended warranty that may have been purchased. Any inquiries concerning warranties should be directed to Mike at 410-358-7777.

All vehicles are subject to a $499 processing fee and $500 non- refundable deposit must be made within 48 hours of buying a vehicle on eBay. All non-paying bidders will be held liable for the $500 relisting fee. This is a binding legal contract with no loopholes and no excuses. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any legal action from either the seller or the buyer is to take place in the State of Maryland.

Residents of Maryland pay 6.0% sales tax, plus registration and inspection fees. Out-of-state buyers may register and pay applicable taxes dependent on where they reside. Buyers are responsible for any and all shipping costs. PayPal is only accepted for deposits and full payment of your vehicle is due within seven days and can be cash, wire transfer, certified check or credit card. Please remember that with any used vehicle, some normal mechanical or cosmetic wear may occur. If we happen to receive any extra sets of keys, original books, original manuals, service records, or navigation discs, it will be specified in the vehicle description and may have pictures. The miles posted may vary because of repairs, road testing, and inspections. Bidders should arrange a pre-sale inspection prior to placing a bid. Said bidder is responsible for all pre-sale inspection expenses. Aftermarket wheels and accessories are excluded from price unless we specify otherwise.

Your friends here at Auto Showcase of Bel Air will provide a free shuttle for you from Baltimore- Washington International Airport, but keep in mind that all feedback must be left at the time of picking up the vehicle, with no exceptions! We hope to see you soon!
