We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.
- We provide free shuttles from (BWI)Baltimore Washington International Airport.
- If we receive any extra sets of keys, original books & manuals, service records or navigation discs, it will be specified in the vehicle description and/or will have pictures.
- Maryland residents pay 6.0% sales tax and registration/ Inspection fees. Out-of-state buyers can register and pay applicable taxes in their state.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Feedback must be left at the time of pickup of vehicle. No exceptions!
- Aftermarket wheels and accessories are excluded from price unless specified otherwise.
- *Our auction vehicles are sold in 'As-Is' condition. Most of our vehicles qualify under our 30 day/ 1,000 mile Showcase Certified Warranty Program for Maryland residents. Some vehicles may still be under factory warranty or an extended warranty may have been purchased. If you would like to inquire about an extended warranty call Mike at 410-358-7777.
- A $500 non-refundable deposit must be made within 48 hrs of purchasing a vehicle on eBay.
- PayPal only accepted for deposits. Full payment of vehicle is due within 7 days and can be cash, wire transfer, certified check or credit card. For financing information call Mike at 410-358-7777.
- Miles posted may vary due to inspections, repairs and road testing.
- Please keep in mind with any used vehicle, some normal cosmetic or mechanical wear may occur. We encourage bidders to arrange a Pre-Sale Inspection prior to bidding. Bidder is responsible for all PSI expenses.
- All vehicles are subject to a $100 Processing Fee.
- We do our absolute best to make sure all vehicles are described as accurately as possible, but please remember we are only human and these are used vehicles. Auto Showcase of Bel Air and its employees will not be held accountable for errors or typos in any of our vehicle listings. All vehicle descriptions, specs, options, history, maintenance or warranty information must be researched and confirmed by the buyer or a 3rd party inspection company before taking delivery of the vehicle.
- All non-paying bidders will be held liable for a $500 re-listing fee. This is a legal binding contract. No Excuses! Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any legal action from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Maryland.
